Shipping and Returns

Returns and Cancellations
 
Cancellation:
Order cancellation requests will be honored only if the goods have not been shipped.  You may, of course return the merchandise upon receipt, all will be refunded cheerfully except for the shipping!

Returns:
· You may request a return for credit, exchange or refund by contacting us at sales@earvinery.com within 14 days from the date of delivery.
· If you contact us after 14 days of the date of delivery, but on or before 30 days, a 15% restocking fee may apply to the return.
· After 30 days, returns for refund may not be accepted.
· Shipping charges are not refundable.
· Defective or damaged product is always exchanged for replacements at no charge. (return shipping charges are not refunded)
· We reserve the right to extend a more liberal policy to individual customers depending upon circumstances at our sole discretion, and such an extension does not alter our policy.



Shipping Policies


USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days):
The best shipping option is USPS Priority Mail, at a flat rate of $6.15 per ORDER.  We will gladly ship to any APO/FPO address using the Priority Mail MILPAK.  If USPS does not offer Priority Mail Flat Rate box shipping to your address, we will contact you if the alternate is more expensive, and you will have the right to cancel your order without any penalty if you do not approve the additional cost. Your order is insured for up to $50 at no additional cost, in a flat rate box.

 

USPS First Class (2-5 days):

A lower cost option for up to 3 pair of EarClimberZ only.  While no insurance or tracking is provided, your order is shipped in a well padded envelope and we have great success with this option.


Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

Other Stuff


Our customers are the most important people in the world.  We must have policies in order to satisfy the folks that monitor this sort of thing.  If there is anything that we can do to make your experience better, or to better satisfy your needs, we will bend over backwards to do so.

Don't want to use a credit card?  Put your selections on a "Wish List" in the shopping cart and email us.  We will verify your order and you can send us a check or Money Order.   We do "Whatever it Takes" (within some sort of reason, of course).  If you cannot recommend us to your friends and family, we have failed miserably.
